You have started getting Sim Card Rejected message After Entering Wrong PUK(PIN Unlocked Key) Code several times, it means you sim card is locked now. You have to request for new duplicate sim card. Make sure call the customer care and make a note of your PUK code for future reference.
Once you enter the PUK code, you must set a pin. The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) and PUK2 are used to unlock the PIN and PIN 2 codes respectively if your SIM card is blocked.
